Welcome

I graduated from Texas A&M Commerce with a degree in (EC-4) with a minor in Special Education and from Lamar University with a Masters in Special Education.I have currently acquired certification in EC-6 and Science of Teaching Reading this past summer.I am so excited to begin my 5th year with Quinlan ISD and my 25th year in education. My passion is teaching children to take charge of their learning so that they can one day be successful in a career of their choice.

My husband and I enjoy spending time with my two grown daughters and playing with our four grandchildren. We also spend a lot of time playing with our dog Duke, taking care of chickens and working on the land.

My goal for your child this year is for them to find success in their strengths so that we can build on their weaknesses.
