Hello!

I am Rebecca Parnell.  This will be my third year at Butler, and I am a 5th grade Reading Language Arts co-teacher this school year.  I have served 10 years in the U.S. Navy and have been a special education teacher since 1999.  I taught in Texas for 8 years and in California for 17 years. I attended U.C. Berkeley and received my B.A. in Sociology in 1983.  I also attended Texas A&M Commerce and received my M.S. in Sociology in 1998.  My grandchildren attend Q.I.S.D. and love it, as do I!
