Welcome

My name is Amanda Gilmore. I am so excited to work with your students at Butler Intermediate.  I will be working with 5th grade students in Reading/Language Arts and Math.

 

I am a Texas native and Quinlan ISD graduate. I started my journey in education at Butler Intermediate as a paraprofessional. Once I became a certified teacher I moved to Ford High School.

 

I moved to Virginia to enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains for a few years and am excited to be back in Texas. I live in Greenville with my daughter and 3 dogs. I enjoy knitting, reading, hiking, trying new recipes, and hanging out with family.
